This Addendum is entered into between Skin Biz Academy, operated by Renee’ Ruiz (“Company”), and the client (“Client”), and shall be incorporated into the full Coaching Agreement upon purchase or enrollment in any Skin Biz Academy program, course, or service.

1. No Refund Policy

Client understands and agrees that due to the digital and proprietary nature of the materials provided, all payments made to Skin Biz Academy are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Upon purchase or enrollment, Client immediately receives access to protected intellectual property, including but not limited to:

• Digital courses, training videos, and online portals

• Workbooks, templates, scripts, and calculators

• Coaching recordings and group call replays

• Exclusive business and educational content

Because these resources cannot be returned once accessed, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be granted under any circumstances. This includes all payment plans, deposits, or paid-in-full options.

Client acknowledges that by submitting payment, they are gaining immediate access to digital content and agree that this constitutes acceptance of delivery.

2. Risk-Free Success Guarantee

While Skin Biz Academy does not offer refunds, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our coaching programs with a Risk-Free Success Guarantee.

​

If, after completing all program requirements, Client does not experience measurable improvement in their business performance or revenue, Company agrees to provide additional small-group coaching sessions at no additional cost to help identify and address areas needing support.

​

To qualify for this Success Guarantee, Client must demonstrate the following:

• Completion of all course modules and workbook assignments

• Attendance at all live coaching calls (or review of the full recordings)

• Implementation of all strategies and action steps taught within the 90-day program

This guarantee ensures continued support and accountability so Client has every opportunity to achieve success.

3. Credit Card Authorization & Payment Agreement

By submitting payment, Client authorizes Skin Biz Academy to charge the credit card, debit card, or payment account provided for the total purchase amount as outlined at checkout or within the Coaching Agreement.

Client further agrees and understands the following:

a. Authorization of Charges:
Client authorizes all charges for the selected program, including any payment plan installments, to be automatically processed on the due dates indicated at the time of purchase.

b. Non-Refundable Payments:
All payments are final and non-refundable due to the instant and irreversible access to proprietary materials.

c. No Chargebacks or Disputes:
Client agrees not to initiate any chargebacks or payment reversals. Should such an action occur, it will be considered a breach of this agreement, and Skin Biz Academy reserves the right to pursue legal action and recover any costs associated with the dispute.

d. Payment Plans:
Payment plans are offered as a courtesy to make enrollment more accessible. Client agrees to complete all scheduled payments regardless of participation level or results.

e. Guarantee of Funds:
Client affirms that the payment method used is valid and authorized, with sufficient funds available for each installment.

4. Agreement

By purchasing, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy, Risk-Free Success Guarantee, and Credit Card Authorization & Payment Agreement in full.

Client further understands that all payments are binding and that participation in Skin Biz Academy constitutes acceptance of these terms.
